Athens Forge Meetings

e meet on the 4th Saturday of each month at 9AM at Travis Fleming's, Artistic Anvil, located at 722 Commercial Dr. Athens, AL. 35611

 

We alternate monthly meetings by having a demonstrator one month, followed by an "Open Forge" the next month. At the "Open Forge" meetings we have everything from material to anvils, forges, and hand tools for members to use in case they don't have the ability to forge at home. And there are always more experienced members willing to help or advise. We will occasionally have a group project to work on, or planned workshops where everyone makes the same thing.
